Flounder With Lemon Butter Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 flounder fillets
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    2 cloves finely chopped garlic
    salt and white pepper to your taste
Preparation
    Season flounder fillets with garlic salt and white pepper. Coat fillets with flounder and then beaten egg.
    Next, fry fillets in skillet, using vegetable oil.
    Cook fillets for about 3 minutes on each side.
    Place flounder fillets on a serving plate.
    In the same skillet, add butter, lemon juice, salt, pepper and garlic. Mix until blended and pour on top of fillets.
