Breakfast Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices white bread (no crusts)
    2 c. bacon, cooked
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    6 eggs
    3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. crushed cornflakes
    1/2 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Butter bread and place in bottom of 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Top with bacon (can substitute sausage or a vegetable) and cheese. Mix eggs, milk, salt and mustard.
    Pour into dish.
    Cover and let set in refrigerator overnight.
    In the morning, mix cornflakes and melted butter.
    Pour on top of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Makes 8 to 12 servings.
