Ingredients

2 pkg. crescent rolls from dairy case
2 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese
1 c. light Miracle Whip
1 Tbsp. or more horseradish
dash of cayenne pepper
grated Cheddar cheese
assorted diced vegetables such as green onions, green peppers, broccoli, tomatoes, cauliflower
Preparation

Spread the 2 packages of crescent rolls on a large baking sheet to make crust.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Cool.
Mix cream cheese, Miracle Whip, horseradish and pepper.
Spread on cooled crust.
Top with vegetables and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Keeps well.
It can be made a day ahead of time. (Doesn't take many veggies.)
