One Pan Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Polish sausage
    4 c. peeled and sliced potatoes
    1 medium onion, peeled and chopped
    1/2 medium pepper, chopped or sliced
Preparation
    Fry in shortening or bacon grease until potatoes start to brown.
    Cut up into thin slices a Polish sausage.
    Add to ingredients in pan.
    Cover and let cook until potatoes are golden brown.
