Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese, crumbled and softened
1 c. drained crushed pineapple
5 or 6 maraschino cherries
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation

Slowly add the crumbled cream cheese to the sugar and mayonnaise.
Add crushed pineapple and the cherries.
Whip heavy cream and fold into the mixture.
Freeze in trays or in 8 x 8-inch pan.
Cut in squares and serve on lettuce.
Serves 6.
