Impossible French Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sliced pared tart apples
    1 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. softened margarine
    Streusel (recipe follows)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie pan.
    Mix apples and spices; turn into pan.
    Beat remaining ingredients, except Streusel, until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater.
    Pour into pan.
    Sprinkle with Streusel.
    Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 55 to 60 minutes.
