Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1 c. chopped or grated cheese
    1 onion, chopped
    peppers
    1/4 c. oil
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 c. cornmeal
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix eggs and oil.
    Combine buttermilk and soda.
    Add this to eggs and oil.
    Stir in flour, cornmeal and salt.
    Add corn, onion, peppers and cheese.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven until done.
