Slow Ball Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large round loaf bread
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3 cans chopped clams (reserve 1/4 c. liquid)
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 Tbsp. beer
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. red hot sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut a round circle in the bread and hollow out. Set aside. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in the clams, clam juice, onion, beer, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, red hot sauce, salt and pepper until well blended.
    With 2 sheets of aluminum foil large enough to cover loaf, fill loaf with cream cheese mixture and seal tightly with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 hours.
