Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large chickens (save the broth)
2 (8 oz.) cans mushrooms
3 (8 oz.) cans mushroom soup
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb. American cheese
1 large onion
2 chopped green peppers
1 lb. spaghetti
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic powder
4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 tsp. parsley flakes
2 lb. Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cover chicken in water that just barely covers the chicken. Add onion, salt, pepper, garlic, oregano, green pepper, Italian seasoning and parsley flakes.
Cook until chicken is tender (save broth).
