Easter Ham Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. rice
12 eggs
salt and pepper
1 1/2 c. diced ham
1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 lb. cottage cheese
2 c. flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Mix first 6 ingredients and let stand.
Make dough by combining flour, 2 eggs and water.
Roll out and place in a 9-inch pie pan.
Fill with ham mixture and top with crust.
Beat 1 egg and brush on top of pie.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
