Quick Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. new potatoes
    1 c. American cheese, grated
    1 can cream of celery soup or cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until done.
    Slice the potatoes very thin. Place in a 2-quart casserole or a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Alternate layers of potatoes, grated cheese and soups, mixed with milk. Season with salt and pepper.
    Garnish top with more grated cheese and sprinkle with parsley.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
