Ingredients

1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. flaked coconut
2 c. chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 (16 oz.) pkg. powdered sugar
Preparation

Combine oil, brown sugar and sugar; beat well.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
Combine flour and the next 4 ingredients, beating well.
Gradually add buttermilk, a little at a time, then stir in vanilla, 1 cup coconut and 1 cup chopped pecans.
Pour batter into two greased 9-inch cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
