Vanilla Wafer Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter, softened
    2 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (12 oz.) box vanilla wafers, crushed
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 c. shredded coconut
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar in bowl.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add milk alternately with wafer crumbs, mixing well.
    Stir in coconut, pecans and vanilla.
    Pour into prepared tube pan.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
    Yields 16 servings.
