Cherry Chocolate Upside-Down Cake(Microwave) - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. sugar
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling, divided
1 (18 1/2 to 18 3/4 oz.) pkg. devil's food cake mix
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. oil
Preparation

Generously butter 12-cup ring cake dish; sprinkle with sugar to coat.
Spread half of pie filling in dish.
Mix remaining ingredients (including rest of filling).
Beat 3 minutes with mixer.
Pour into dish.
Cook at Medium 12 minutes, rotating every 3 minutes.
Increase power to High for 1 to 8 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched and begins to pull away from sides.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Invert onto serving plate. Let cool completely before slicing.
Makes one ring cake.
