Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cups sifted flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups cooking oil
1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 cups diced bananas
Preparation

Measure flour, soda, cinnamon, salt and sugar.
Sift all together.
Dice bananas, add to dry ingredients with oil, eggs, vanilla and pineapple with juice.
Stir to blend.
Do not beat. Bake in greased tube pan one hour and 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
