Marinade For Swordfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice or rice vinegar
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. garlic
    1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Pour over fish and marinate 30 minutes in refrigerator (if there is any leftover sauce from marinade, if you wish, boil it and use over the cooked swordfish).
