Jello Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O (any flavor)
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Spray 8 or 9-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray on bottom and sides.
    Wipe out excess with paper towel.
    Mix Jell-O (any flavor) and water in 2-quart microwave bowl.
    Microwave on High for 1 1/2 minutes.
    Stir until completely dissolved.
    Add miniature marshmallows and microwave 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until they are puffed and almost melted.
    Stir until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is smooth.
    Pour into prepared pan. Refrigerate 45 minutes.
    (Creamy layer will float to top.)
    Roll Jell-O and cut into 1/2 inch slices.
