E-Z Georgia Jambalaya(Mild) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. water
1 small onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
2 celery sticks, chopped
1/4 tsp. gumbo file
1 c. diced tomatoes
2 Tbsp. olive oil
3 scallions, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. Cajun seasoning
1/2 lb. chicken breast
1/2 lb. kielbasa sausage
1 (8 oz.) box Zatarain's jambalaya mix
