Cold Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 lb. string beans
    1 shallot, minced
    2 1/2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. olive oil
    1/4 c. cilantro, chopped
    2 tsp. toasted sesame seed
Preparation
    Boil beans.
    Stir 1/2 teaspoon sugar and salt while boiling. Cook 5 to 7 minutes; leave crispy.
    Drain under cold water. Combine shallot, vinegar and salt.
    Drizzle in olive oil; add beans and cilantro and toss to coat.
    Sprinkle sesame seed on top.
