Jewish Apple Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1/3 c. orange juice
1 c. salad oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
3 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
6 apples, thinly sliced and sprinkled with 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 4 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except apples together in a large bowl and beat for 10 minutes on medium speed.
Grease tube pan.
Put 1 layer of batter, then one layer of apples and repeat this by making the top layer batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Last 1/2 hour, cover with foil.
