Old-Fashioned Lemonade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lemons
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Cut lemon in thin slices.
Place in a bowl and cover with sugar.
Mash thoroughly until all juice is extracted.
Add water. Let stand 1 hour.
Allow 1 or 2 tablespoons of the strained lemon juice for each serving.
Pour into glass filled with shaved ice and fill with water.
Garnish with maraschino cherry and slice of lemon.
Serves 3 or 4.
