Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks butter, beaten
    6 eggs
    4 c. self-rising flour
    1 lb. confectioners sugar
    2 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Put toothpick or fork in middle. It's done when toothpick or fork comes out of cake clean.
