Veal Scallops With Roquefort - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. veal, flattened slightly
    1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. heavy cream
    1/2 c. Roquefort
    pepper
    salt (optional)
Preparation
    Heat oil and butter in skillet.
    Dredge veal scallops in flour and sprinkle with salt and pepper on top.
    Cook 2 minutes on each side on medium-high heat.
    Remove from skillet; keep warm.
