Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. pecans
    1/2 c. black walnuts
    1/2 c. white raisins
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
