Grape-Nut Puff Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, separated
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. flour
    4 Tbsp. Grape-Nuts
    1 tsp. lemon rind
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together (except egg whites) and beat well.
    Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Pour into a buttered casserole and place in a pan of hot water.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    This has been a long time favorite.
