Tempura Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. soy sauce (optional)
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    vegetables
Preparation
    Beat first 6 ingredients together until smooth.
    Dip vegetables in tempura batter and cook in hot oil until brown.
