Ingredients

2 Cornish game hens
4+ strips bacon
1/2 tsp. pepper
salt
4 oz. Grand Marnier liqueur

Preparation

Remove giblets and discard.
Season inside of hens with salt and pepper.
Cut bacon in half and lay across hens.
