Dill Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced, cooked potatoes
    1 c. cut green beans, drained
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
    2 hard-cooked eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. chopped pimento
Preparation
    Toss potatoes and green beans together.
    Combine vinegar, onion, salt, sugar and dill.
    Pour over potatoes and toss to coat evenly.
    Cover and chill to blend flavors.
    Add chopped eggs, sour cream and pimento and toss lightly.
    Makes 6 servings.
