Rigatoni And Chicken Dijon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. (6 oz.) rigatoni
2 Tbsp. butter
1 lb. chicken breast, sliced into strips
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans
3/4 c. chicken broth
1 c. light cream
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Cook rigatoni as directed, drain.
Meanwhile, in large skillet, melt butter, brown chicken in butter.
Add beans.
In small mixing bowl, combine broth, cream, mustard and flour until smooth.
Stir into chicken and beans.
Stir in hot rigatoni. Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
