Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
1 egg
1 1/2 c. sweet rhubarb or applesauce
2 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. raisins

Preparation

Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0 in 9 x 13-inch pan.
