Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 c. half and half
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. instant minced onion
    3 slices day old bread, cubed
    1 lb. sausage (regular or hot)
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Make this recipe the night before.
    Fry sausage and drain off grease.
    Combine eggs, salt, mustard and onion; beat well.
    Add half and half.
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch glass pan and line with bread cubes.
    Sprinkle sausage and cheese on top.
    Pour egg mixture over all.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
