Chocolate Coconut Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. confectioners sugar
3/4 c. chocolate syrup
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine vanilla wafer crumbs, flaked coconut and confectioners sugar.
Add syrup and vanilla; mix well.
Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll in confectioners sugar and store in an airtight container. Reroll in confectioners sugar before serving.
Makes 3 dozen.
