Chicken And Dressing Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix
1 1/3 c. chicken broth
1 1/4 sticks margarine
1 can cream of celery soup
1 fryer or chicken parts, cooked, deboned and cut up
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
3 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation

Melt margarine; mix with stuffing.
Put half of stuffing in 2-quart baking dish.
Layer chopped chicken over stuffing. Microwave milk, soup and onion until boiling.
Pour over chicken and top with remaining stuffing.
Pour broth over top of casserole.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes until brown and bubbly around edges.
