Cheese Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 (15 oz. each) Ricotta cheese
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese, divided
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    12 jumbo shells, cooked and drained
    3 c. prepared spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine eggs, Ricotta cheese, Mozzarella cheese, 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Spoon about 2 tablespoons mixture into each shell.
    Arrange in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Top with spaghetti sauce.
    Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
