Twice-Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baked potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. butter, softened
    1/2 c. milk
    3 slices crisp fried bacon, crumbled
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Slice potatoes into halves.
    Scoop potato from skins, leaving 1/8-inch shell.
    Mash potato in large bowl.
    Add salt, pepper, butter, milk and crumbled bacon; mix well.
    Spoon into shells. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until heated through.
    Yield:
    8 servings.
