American Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops or chicken cutlets
    5 large stalks celery, chopped
    3 c. cooked Minute rice
    olive oil, soy sauce and salt to taste
    4 large onions, chopped
    2 large bell peppers, chopped
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Fry pork or chicken in large pot; set aside.
    Saute onions, celery and peppers.
    Add chopped (bite size pieces) meat; saute together until done.
    Make hole in bottom of pot and drop mixed eggs.
    Stir immediately until eggs are cooked.
    Add rice, soy sauce and salt; mix well.
