Chicken Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chicken, cooked and chopped
2 Tbsp. Knox gelatine
2 sticks celery
1 pt. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1 can garden peas (with juice)
1 c. chicken stock
1 c. toasted almonds
2 Tbsp. pickle relish
red pepper to taste
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Preparation

Soak gelatine in stock. Heat stock and melt gelatine. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour in loaf pan or mold.
