Creamy Rice And Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 c. milk
    1 c. water
    2 c. (1/2 pkg.) frozen broccoli cuts
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. dried thyme leaves
    1 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Cook and stir onion in hot margarine in medium saucepan until tender, but not browned.
    Stir in flour.
    Add bouillon cubes, milk, water, broccoli, garlic powder and thyme.
    Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
    Stir in rice; simmer 5 minutes longer.
