Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. meat, ground beef or stew or mix both
    1 c. green pepper
    28 oz. stewed tomatoes
    15 oz. tomato sauce or 6 oz. tomato paste with water
    10 1/2 oz. beef broth
    2 to 4 tsp. chili powder or up to 3 Tbsp.
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 c. ketchup
    2 1/2 tsp. salt or Lawry's seasoned salt
    1 c. onion, diced
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 small cloves of garlic, or to taste
    1 1/2 c. beer or water (beer preferred)
    4 oz. green chilies, undrained
    1 to 3 tsp. cumin (1 Tbsp.)
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. cayenne (red pepper)
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 (15 1/2 oz.) kidney beans, undrained*
Preparation
    Brown onions, green pepper, garlic and meat, then add beans and balance of ingredients in Dutch oven.
    Simmer 1/2 hour and serve.
