Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans carrots (16 oz.) or 2 lb. fresh carrots, sliced and cooked until tender
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 c. tomato soup
1 onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 tsp. each: black pepper, prepared mustard and Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Good hot or cold.
Best made a day ahead.
Mix and simmer 10 minutes.
