Penne Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. penne
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 clove garlic
    salt and pepper
    hot crushed pepper
    1/2 pt. heavy cream
    1 can crushed tomatoes
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add tomatoes, salt, pepper and red pepper.
    Cook 15 minutes.
    Turn heat to low; add cream.
    Stir with wire whisk for another 10 to 15 minutes.
    Serve 1/2 sauce on pasta and other half in serving bowl.
