Champagne Punch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. sherbet, softened
1 (2 liter) bottle champagne
1 (26 oz.) bottle Sauterne wine
ginger ale or 7-Up (optional)
Preparation

Place sherbet in punch bowl.
Pour champagne and Sauterne over top.
Stir.
Add ginger ale, if desired.
Serves 18 punch cups.
