Zucchini Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Zucchini, sliced
    (7-8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing Mix
    1 pt. Sour Cream
    1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
    1 stick Margarine, melted
    1 small Onion, peeled
Preparation
    Boil zucchini for 5 minutes along with the onion.
    Drain water off and remove onion.
    Mix soup and sour cream together. Add to zucchini.
    Mix stuffing in a bowl with melted margarine. Put half of the stuffing mixture into a rectangular 13 x 9 baking dish.
    Press into pan.
    Pour zucchini mixture on top.
    Sprinkle with remainder of stuffing mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
