Sunny Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise or reduced fat mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/4 to 1/3 c. sugar
    2 tbsp. vinegar
    7 c. chopped fresh broccoli
    1/2 c. sunflower kernels
    8 slices bacon, crisp-cooked, drained and crumbled
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, onion, raisins, sugar and vinegar. Add broccoli and stir to coat. Cover and chill for 2 to 24 hours.
    Stir in sunflower kernels and bacon just before serving. Makes 12 to 16 servings.
