Hawaiian Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
2 tsp. soda
1/2 c. coconut
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
20 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Mix all together.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Let cake cook before icing.
Use a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
