Oven Roasted Potatoes(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
2 lb. all-purpose potatoes, cut into small chunks
1/3 c. vegetable oil

Preparation

In a large plastic bag, add all ingredients.
Close bag and shake until potatoes are evenly coated.
Empty potatoes into shallow baking dish.
Bake, stirring occasionally, at 450\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until potatoes are brown and tender.
