Peanut Butter-Oatmeal Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
    1 c. oats
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into a bowl.
    Cut in peanut butter until crumbly.
    Add oats, egg and milk; stir just until moistened.
    Pour into a greased 5 x 9-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until loaf appears golden brown.
    Cool on a wire rack.
    Makes 12 servings.
