Parsleyed Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes
3 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. cream
1 1/2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
parsley (fresh)
Preparation

Peel potatoes and slice.
Place in a covered 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Microwave on High until just tender (approximately 10 minutes, depending on size of potatoes).
Add butter to hot potatoes; sprinkle with flour and lightly stir potatoes to coat. Add cream, salt and pepper and stir lightly.
Add additional seasonings as desired.
Microwave on High for 3 minutes more. Wash parsley and dry with paper towel.
Chop parsley with food processor and sprinkle over potatoes to garnish.
