Chocolate Caramels - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 c. white corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine cocoa, sugar, milk and corn syrup in saucepan.
Cook slowly, stirring occasionally, until when a small quantity dropped into cold water forms a hard ball.
Remove from heat; add vanilla, margarine and salt.
Drop by teaspoonful onto a greased baking sheet.
Cool and enjoy.
