Ingredients

1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, soft
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
9-inch pie crust (graham)
Preparation

Beat sugar and milk into cream cheese until smooth or put in blender.
Fold in coconut then Cool Whip.
Put in crust; freeze until firm.
Warm at room temperature 15 minutes before serving.
